Reporting to the Director of IT Operations and Solutions, the System Administrator will be called upon to support our customers in the Greater Montreal area with a variety of IT issues including, but not limited to:

• Administer servers and networks;
• Manage IT security and firewalls in diversified IT environments ;
• Manage cloud and virtual hosting environments (Hyper-V, VMware);
• Participate in server deployments and migrations (Microsoft Remote App, Remote
• Desktop Services, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, SharePoint and Microsoft Exchange);
• Participate in various projects in collaboration with the Web and Programming team;
• Manage IP telephony systems;
• Provide level 2 and 3 IT support;
• Repair, configure and install desktop computers and printers;
• Technical documentation.

The desired candidate will have the following qualifications:

• DEC or AEC in computer science
• 3 to 5 years' experience as a systems administrator
• Bilingualism (French and English spoken/written)
• Autonomous and able to work remotely
• Recognized for troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrate professionalism and discretion
• Commitment to outstanding customer service
• Microsoft certification (an asset)

Conditions :

• Status: permanent full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Availability: available to work outside regular hours on occasion
• Work from home
• Mobility: available to travel to customer sites

We are looking for computer technicians for the greater Montreal area. As part of their duties, technicians will be called upon to support our customers with various IT problems, projects and needs.

Main Duties

• Computer support
• Repair/configuration/installation of desktop computers and printers
• Computer systems monitoring
• Server administration
• Network administration
• Technical documentation
• Working closely with our cybersecurity and programming teams

Requirements

• DEP, DEC or AEC in computer science
• Bilingualism an asset (spoken/written)
• 1-2 years' experience or equivalent
• Professionalism and discretion
• Customer service oriented
• Motivated and dynamic
• Resourceful
• Troubleshooting
• Valid driver's license
• Microsoft certification an asset
• Possession of a car for travel to customer sites

The position is based on a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday. We encourage telecommuting to be more efficient. Mileage will be reimbursed for travel.
